Upcoming Openings at Dexter's Best Safe & Vault
We’re a small team doing big things. At Dexter’s Best Safe & Vault, we operate 4 (soon to be 5!) safe stores with just 6 full-time team members — covering territory from North Jersey to Cape Cod, with most of our work concentrated in Connecticut and just north of NYC. Our stores are in Norwich, Danbury (Bethel), Woodstock, and Windsor Locks.
We’re a tight-knit crew that works hard, moves fast, and adapts to the strengths and interests of each team member. As we grow, we’re looking for a couple more rockstars to join our squad. If you like working with great customers, a great team, and a job that mixes it up through the week, read on!
Connecticut Position
Windsor Locks / Woodstock / Road
This role is opening this fall and has some wiggle room from its current format — depending on where you live and what you’re into, it might look a little different for you than the last person. We have a lot that happens each week, and how that’s divided up depends on the make-up of our team, where they commute from, etc. That said, here’s the general idea:

1–2 days/week in our Windsor Locks showroom

1–2 days/week at our Woodstock shop (planning, prepping deliveries)

1–2 days/week on the road (you’d be the second delivery tech — no solo driving required)

We try to keep commutes as short as possible for everyone. This position has historically landed around $60,000-$70,000/year, made up of a blend of:

Hourly or salaried base

Delivery commissions
-
Sales commissions

Saratoga Springs / Albany Area
We’re opening our fifth location in late summer / early fall and are hiring ahead of the curve! We’re flexible here too — part time or full time, depending on what makes our team the strongest.

This could be a sales & shop-only position but...

a hybrid of sales, shop work, and occasional delivery tech support is ideal.
Estimated compensation is in the $55,000–$70,000/year range, depending on role breakdown. As with the CT role, it’ll be a mix of:
